Payment / Currency
All prices are in Australian dollars (A$).
Payment may only be made in Australian dollars.
A deposit of $100 per person is payable on confirmation of available dates.
A booking is confirmed only on receipt of deposit.
Balance required 28 days prior to check-in.
Payment by direct deposit only.
Cancellation
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in.
If you need to cancel your booking and are not able to transfer to another date:
14-28 days 25% refund
More than 28 days 50% refund.
Your booking is accepted on the basis that you have read, understand and accept these terms and conditions.
Physical Health
Some activities arranged through Ballara, require a reasonable level of fitness and mobility, to safely and confidently walk on uneven surfaces in and to natural destinations.
Guests taking part in Ballara packages do so at their own risk, if there is any doubt about your fitness or ability, we suggest you consult their physician before attending.
Two bicycles are available for guests to use. Both bikes have been thoroughly checked for safety and are in good order and ridden at a guest's own risk.
You understand and acknowledge there is a possibility an injury or accident could occur, and you agree to take part in activities at your own risk.
We strongly recommend guests taking part in one of our packages. have insurance covering any injury they might suffer. Insurance should also include evacuation costs (ie in the case of fire) and medical treatment.
Personal travel insurance is also strongly recommended.
Ballara will not be liable for personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellations, delays or any other matter beyond our control.
